Bike 9.5 miles on a course that runs through the US Space and Rocket Center, part of the Botanical Gardens and past a helicopter graveyard. Finish by running on a path around the lake, beside the ropes course and fighter jets.

SWIM
The swim is a two loop course in a man-made, chlorinated pond totaling 450m.

BIKE
The bike is 3 laps of a 3.15 mile scenic course that goes through the US Space and Rocket Center.

RUN
The run is 2 laps of a 1.25 mile gravel and grass path and roads that wrap around the lake, through the helicopter graveyard and by the ropes course.
